Shipping Information

Minimum order is £100 excluding VAT and P&P:

Any order to Mainland UK takes 1 to 2 working days, but usually, go for next working day

£10 per box under 30kg to mainland UK (free for orders over £300)

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands takes 2 to 5 working days, but usually, go for 2 to 3 working days

£20 per box under 30kg to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Island

Delivery to the Republic of Ireland takes 2 to 5 working days, but usually, go for 2-3 working days

£15 per box under 30kg to the Republic of Ireland

3 - 7 Working days for delivery to the Channel Islands and Mainland Europe, but usually, go for 3 to 4 working days

£15 to £35 per box under 30kg to Mainland Europe/EU Countries depending on the individual area.

All other areas will be subject to an additional surcharge, calculated according to purchase volume and destination.

Orders received before 2:00 pm GMT is usually dispatched on the same day during Monday to Friday

Orders placed after 3:00 pm GMT is usually dispatched next working day

Free delivery for orders over £300 (excluding VAT) for Mainland UK. When your order reaches £300 (excluding VAT), a free delivery offer will be applied automatically

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exact time or date of delivery

We are sorry but cannot tell how many bags could be filled in one box, because it depends on the style you ordered. Roughly 10-25 pieces can fit in one box, depends on the bag and size

The final cost of delivery charge will be confirmed after the order is completed, which needs your understanding

All shipping service takes longer during weekends and public holidays; weather condition is also a possibility to delay the delivery

Our delivery teams are working as hard as they can to get you all your parcels

On receipt of your delivery, you will be asked to sign for your goods. Therefore any delivery addresses provided must always be occupied (unless we have agreed to deliver to a specific delivery agent)
