It is an established fashion goods importer, exporter and wholesaler. We supply retailers across the UK and worldwide. We design fashion bags and costume jewellery to our customer’s requirements as well as supplying extensive stock of products.

Terms and conditions For Registration:

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Azury Fashion LIMITED will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of Azury Fashion LIMITED.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
All prices shown are in GBP and are excluding VAT, but are subject to VAT. The final amount including VAT and Delivery is stated at the checkout stage. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in British Pound Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
A minimum order value applies of £100 excluding VAT and delivery.

Terms and conditions for Insurance and Delivery:
Azury Fashion LIMITED insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. But we hope you can understand that if we are unable to complete it promptly thanks to the busy season.We will take all reasonable care to ship to your address, however we might not be responsible for non delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or courier failures.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appears on https://www.azuryfashion.com/. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.

It is our intention that all orders are dispatched accurately and suitably packaged. All our delivery orders are prepared and quantity cross checked by at least two staffs. But in some unfortunate circumstances, should you receive any wrong delivery or faulty products, please call us or email us at email@example.com with a photo and description of the faulty products within 14 days of your purchasing date. Goods bought in store are always counted in front of the customer. If you receive any faulty products, please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and description of the faulty products within 48 hours. that item is out of stock we can offer you to choose similar item with the same price. Otherwise we will refund you if you agree.
